It's early in the work day on Friday, and I already have gotten my ass chewed by a customer. Chewed is not a strong enough word...mauled is more appropriate.

Grrrrrr, I hate when that happens. With my new job, one of my duties is cold calling-- let me tell you, I was one of those SOBs who would scream TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST! Now, having experienced what it is like on the other end of the phone, I have changed my ways.
Don't let that jerk's tirade eat at you! I know it's easier said than done, but try to let it go. You are going to have a great weekend!
